Order Processing

Processing of all orders will occur within four (4) days business days of ordering to ensure accurate and prompt shipment. 

Shipping

Friends and Gems Inc. will primarily use Canada Post for shipping. A tracking number can be provided upon request.

In instances where Canada Post does not provide shipping to the destination, the most economical and reliable shipping method will be selected by Friends and Gems Inc. to ensure the products are safely delivered to our clients.

If, for any reason, the product is not available, the customer service department will notify the client to determine how the client wishes to proceed.
