Shipping

Friends and Gems Inc. primarily uses Canada Post for shipping. A tracking number can be provided upon request.

Shipping costs vary based on weight.

• $18 up to 2kg
• $30 up to 5kg
• if >5kg, we will contact you.

In instances where Canada Post does not provide shipping to the destination, the most economical and reliable shipping method will be selected by Friends and Gems Inc. to ensure the products are safely delivered to our clients.

We DO NOT ship outside of Canada.

Processing

We process online orders on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Orders will ship Monday to Wednesday.

If, for any reason, the product is not available, we will contact you to determine how you wish to proceed.
