By creating an retail or wholesale account with Friends and Gems Inc., you hereby agree to follow the Terms of Service, as detailed herein. 

Each user may only register for one account with Friends and Gems. 

Those wishing to apply for a wholesale account must submit an application. All applications are screened and once approved the individual will be provided access to the wholesale section of the website. 

Maintenance of proper security protocols of user name and password is essential.

All orders must be paid prior to shipment.

All web sales are final.
